Renee C

Renee is an elementary academic intervention tutor at Alisal Community School in Salinas. She has nearly nine years of experience working as a tutor with grades K-12 in ELA and math. She is trained in literacy development programs including Scholastic’s Read 180, Wilson’s, and REWARDS. As a private tutor in New York she worked worked regularly with Algebra and Geometry learning students in upper grades and helped students with SAT prep (primarily the writing section).

Renee is a firm believer in applied learning helping students strengthen skills that they can put to use in the classroom and beyond.
